1.将鱿鱼内脏取出处理干净。

2.将表面的黑色膜撕掉。

3.同时还有一层薄薄的白色膜也去掉,这样做出来的鱿鱼不会缩卷。

4.锅中烧开水,放入鱿鱼焯水。

5.再次清洗干净。

6.将鱿鱼划花刀,切成大块。

7.锅中烧热油放姜蒜爆香,下入鱿鱼爆炒片刻。

8.加料酒继续爆炒一分钟,加酱油炒至上色。

9.加少许清水焖几分钟,可以加点烧烤酱或是照烧汁之内调味。

10.烧至时间不需太长,以免鱿鱼变老嚼不动。待水干收汁即可出锅享用。
